Ring doorbells are used to monitor guests to prevent unauthorized personnel.
Key pad access locks are used for access to properties and codes are changed after each guest. (Landlords are provided a master key)
Quiet hours are in place from 9:00pm - 8:00am.
No smoking on or in any of our partnership properties.
No Animals allowed in the property unless discussed previously and stated in the lease agreement.
Individual stays over 29 calendar days at a time are prohibited to prevent rental rights.
Property's are to be upkept regularly.
Any repairs needed to the property is to be done by DreamNestCo. Promptly.
Summary
When partnering with Dream Nest Co. you will sign a lease of 12 months or more. We will take on the responsibility of managing and upkeeping the property. As the property owner you will be sent the agreed on rent monthly via direct deposit or your preferred payment method. As well as security deposits paid at the time the lease is signed. The property will be used to accommodate quality short-term guests. All guests are verified and required to pass a background check. Maintenance totaling under $200 in a timely matter will be accommodated by Dream Nest Co. Frequent inspections and cleanings will be provided.
